We want to be fair to both customers and our team. This is when and how you get your money back.
1. Customer cancellation
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before start. 48–24 hours: 50 %. Less than 24 hours: full charge. Reschedules are always free if you notify us in time.
2. Weather
In dangerous weather (storm, winds over 5 Beaufort, exceptional swell) we reschedule free of charge. Conditions are assessed against the official ARSO forecast.
3. Provider cancellation
If we cancel (weather, equipment failure, instructor illness), you get a full refund within 7 business days or a free reschedule.
4. Deposit return
The €500 deposit (any rental of 1 day or longer) is refunded in full upon damage-free return. Partial retention is itemised in writing.
5. Refund process
Email info@e-foiling.si with your booking number and reason. We respond in 3 business days; approved refunds clear in 7.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing here restricts your statutory consumer rights under Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). Consumers may use the EU ODR platform.
